MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
held on Wednesday, November 9, 2022

Mayor Ceriello led the Board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
A Motion to Open the Public Meeting was made by Deputy Mayor D’Angelo, Seconded by Trustee Im and called to order at 7:36 pm and approved by all.
MINUTES
Motion to approve the minutes from the October 11, 2022, Board of Trustees Meeting was made by Trustee LiCalzi, seconded by Trustee Williams, and approved by all.
MAYOR’S REPORT
ELECTION
Mayor Ceriello announced that the offices to be filled at the next General Election of the Incorporated Village of Munsey Park to be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 from noon to 9:00 p.m. at Village Hall, and the terms thereof are as follows:

FINANCIAL REPORT
Deputy Mayor D’Angelo reported two highlighted expenses for October which included $429,612 to United Paving for the road work project and an increase to Salerno Insurance for our yearly renewal of approximately $12,000.
PUBLIC SAFETY
Trustee Williams presented the following reports:
· POLICE REPORT: The Police Report for October 2022 notes one (4) Auto Accidents, no Burglary-Residence, no Burglary-Business, no Robberies, two (2) Larceny-Auto incident, one (1) Larceny (other than auto), no Criminal Mischief incidents and a total of 40 summonses (34 Movers and 6 Parkers).
· JUSTICE REPORT: The Monthly Justice Report for October 2022 notes total fines assessed in the amount of $7,384.
· BUILDING REPORT: The Building Report notes that between June 1, 2022 to November 1, 2022 a total of 91 permits have been issued totaling $121,806.00 in Building Permit Fees.
Motion to close the Board of Trustees Public Meeting was made by Trustee Im Seconded by Deputy Mayor D’Angelo and approved by all at 8:12 PM.
