Building Permit Forms Library
Below are the current forms used by the building department. All of these forms, when submitted, should include the Application for Building Permit as noted below and a **Nassau County Board of Assessors Form. Some Building permit applications will also require a copy of your survey, including but not limited to central air conditioning and standby generators. NOTE: All affidavits must be placed on affiant’s letterhead (homeowner, contractor or architect) and only original affidavits will be accepted.
