Mayor DeMento called the meeting to order at 7:37 p.m.
JUSTICE REPORT for June 2018 was submitted and stated revenues in the total amount of $3,161.
POLICE REPORT for May 2018 was submitted and stated occurrences for Burglary Residence (0), Burglary Business (0), Robbery (0), Larceny Auto (0), Larceny incidents (0) and Criminal Mischief (0). There were a total of 40 moving violations and 13 parking violations.
Questions and comments were received from the following resident:

Motion to close the public meeting and go into executive session to discuss litigation was made by Mayor DeMento, seconded by Trustee Ceriello and confirmed by all at 7:42 PM.
